Efektivitas Pembelajaran Berbasis Proyek dalam Meningkatkan Kesejahteraan Psikologis Siswa di Kelas Sosial: Systematic Literature Review

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tren publikasi dan efektivitas model Project-Based Learning (PjBL) dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan psikologis siswa pada pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial (IPS). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode tinjauan campuran (mixed-method review) yang mengintegrasikan analisis bibliometrik dan Tinjauan Literatur Sistematis (SLR) mengikuti protokol PRISMA 2020. Data bersumber dari 21 artikel terindeks Scopus yang diterbitkan pada rentang tahun 2015–2025. Hasil analisis menunjukkan adanya lonjakan tren riset yang signifikan pasca-pandemi, dengan fokus kajian bergeser dari hasil belajar kognitif menuju aspek afektif. PjBL terbukti efektif meningkatkan kesejahteraan psikologis melalui tiga mekanisme utama: peningkatan motivasi intrinsik, penguatan identitas budaya dan karakter, serta pengembangan resiliensi sosial melalui kolaborasi. Disimpulkan bahwa PjBL bukan sekadar strategi pedagogis, melainkan intervensi psikologis yang vital. Implikasi studi ini menyarankan pendidik untuk merancang proyek yang relevan secara kontekstual guna mendukung kesehatan mental dan keterlibatan emosional siswa.
