Cyberbullying dan Peran Pendidikan Sosial Digital: Tinjauan Strategi Intervensi Berbasis Sekolah untuk Kesehatan Mental Remaja

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas strategi intervensi berbasis sekolah dalam menanggulangi cyberbullying serta dampaknya terhadap kesehatan mental remaja. Menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan protokol PRISMA, penelitian ini mensintesis temuan dari literatur bereputasi yang bersumber dari database Web of Science dalam rentang waktu 2019-2025. Hasil tinjauan menunjukkan adanya pergeseran paradigma dari literasi digital yang bersifat teknis menuju Pendidikan Sosial Digital dan Kewarganegaraan Digital sebagai solusi preventif utama. Temuan empiris mengonfirmasi bahwa intervensi yang mengintegrasikan penguatan kecerdasan emosional, strategi koping konstruktif, dan dukungan sosial secara signifikan mampu menurunkan prevalensi perundungan serta memitigasi risiko psikopatologis seperti depresi dan ideasi bunuh diri pada remaja. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa keberhasilan penanganan cyberbullying sangat bergantung pada iklim sekolah yang inklusif dan kolaborasi aktif antara pendidik dengan orang tua. Implikasi praktis dari studi ini menekankan mendesaknya transformasi kurikulum pendidikan sosial yang adaptif terhadap dinamika ruang siber guna menjamin kesejahteraan psikologis siswa secara holistik. Penguatan karakter digital menjadi fondasi penting dalam menciptakan warga digital yang beretika dan resilien di era digital saat ini.
