This study aimed to evaluate the implementation of the creative numeracy work program within the seventh cohort of the Kampus Mengajar Program at SDN 3 Sukamanah. The research subjects consisted of 30 fifth-grade students selected through purposive sampling. The study employed a mixed-methods approach, beginning with a qualitative descriptive needs analysis and followed by the application of a pre-experimental One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Data were collected simultaneously using a digital class-based AKM test instrument and field notes. The findings indicated a significant improvement in students’ numeracy competence, as reflected in a 16% increase in the proportion of correct answers, from 25% on the pretest to 41% on the posttest. The highest student score also showed a substantial rise, increasing from 45 to 75. In conclusion, the integration of creative instructional media and game-based learning strategies, such as “Multiplication Suit” and “Wall Clock,” proved effective in stimulating students’ interest and enhancing their understanding of basic mathematical concepts. The implications of this study affirm that pedagogical creativity constitutes a viable alternative solution for addressing limitations in facilities, infrastructure, and technological constraints, while also having the potential to transform students’ mindsets and future educational aspirations.
